Our Story
Now a third generation family-owned company, Paramount Construction, Inc. has been building in Wyoming since 1978. The company was founded on quality construction, honest dealings, and an unparalleled work ethic. Owner Bill Gurkin, Jr. is leading the company with that same philosophy he learned from his Dad as he grew up with the company in Casper.
Christine Priest, also from Casper, joined the company in 2017 and rounds out the team with her background in Architectural Engineering, 5 years in luxury resort development, and 10 years in commercial construction management.
