A multi state property management company in Pennsylvania looked to replace its 458 watt metal halide area lights to reduce energy costs, reduce maintenance, and improve light levels. After determining their lighting needs, we recommended an 105 watt LED shoe box solution reducing their energy consumption by 77%. These shoeboxes are warranted for 10 years and rated for over 100,000 hours. The projected savings over the warranty period is $313,570.
Bollards Replacement Energy savings: 76% Frustrated by the high cost of bollards, they also asked us to look into sourcing new bollards that would match their brand-standard. Through direct to manufacturer pricing we were able to provide bollards that were 55% less per unit compared competitors.
