Renovation of 250 Guest rooms which included demo and textured walls of guest rooms and baths. Painted, finish caulk, and prepped for installation of wall coverings throughout hotel.
All public areas; corridors, gym, ball room, meeting rooms, elevator lobby, vestibules, pool area and public bathrooms. Completed project ahead of schedule. Property management
group/Owners extremely satisfied with twelve week project outcome.
