Scope Of Work
Pike School – an independent coeducational day school for students in pre-kindergarten through grade nine – selected Erland Construction as Construction Manager for their new Dahod Center for Community and Creative Learning to capitalize on Erland’s experience working on active academic campuses and extensive portfolio of arts center projects. The Pike School project, designed by Boston-based CBT Architects, included renovations to classroom space and the existing arts center and the addition of a new 280-seat theater with highend finishes like book matched interior wood. The new building also serves as a connector to two existing buildings on campus. The theater, with its curved glass surround, provides a grand focal point for this small campus.
