Scope Of Work
- Provide NBS material, labor, equipment, and supervision to erect the approx, +/- 127,120 SF Pre-engineered Metal Building System supplied by Nucor for light action productions- The Pine Box. Building Specifics to be supplied and erected included in drawings.
Labor includes erections of all Nucor steel (primary & secondary), metal siding, trim, mezzanines (+/- 13,000 SF and metal roofing being supplied per the Nucor Equote #SOS-18097 R8, dated April 8, 2019 and 32 pages.
Labor Includes installation of all building shell insulation related to metal siding and metal roofÂ
