N.W. Building Specialties, Inc.

N.W. Building Specialties supplies and installs Division 10, Specialty items for the greater Seattle and Puget Sound area.  The owners have been in the specialties industry for over 40 years combined.  Wayne started working in the family business D&H Specialties back in 1988 when he married into the Hood family.  Kai is the third generation and has been working in the field for over 10 years. Through the years we've worked on project big and small and to many to count.  We've been involved in some of the larger projects in the area including Safeco Field, AT&T Gateway Tower, 5th& Columbia and Two Union Square back in 1988 as a new high rise and then again 30 years later for core renovation 2016-2018.  We pride ourselves on finding solutions for the many challenges that come with providing and installing specialty items in commercial buildings.

N.W. Building Specialties, Inc. has been listed in the Blue Book since 2004.
