Through its dedication to customer service for more than five decades, Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning has become the largest residential heating and cooling company in West Michigan. Founded in 1961 by William Lambright, Bel-Aire moved into the 21st Century under second generation leadership with the founder’s son, David, taking over as company president in the mid ‘90s.

The commitment the company shows to its customers also extends to its approximately 100 employees, resulting in a loyal and experienced staff working for your heating, cooling, and air quality needs. Bel-Aire’s employees have an average of over 10 years’ experience with the company, with several working for Bel-Aire for over 30 years.

Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning has expanded from its original location in Portage to additional service centers in Three Rivers and Grand Rapids to assist residential customers throughout West Michigan.
