Some may believe getting a modular building is as simple as picking a model off a shelf and dropping it where ever they like. The reality is far from that belief. Unlike traditional modular brokers, we at EVERYTHING MODULAR, will assist from original concept to a Certificate of Occupancy. We have some of the most skilled designers in the industry helping us create plans that will be elegant and modular friendly designs. Unlike all the other modular dealers selling these buildings, we want to hold your hand through the process. We don’t want to be an anonymous partner that is impossible to reach and never available when you need them.
