Our Story

We would like to express our keen interest in working with you on any future projects where our framing services may be of value. We are a licensed and insured subcontractor that specializes in both commercial and residential projects in Oregon and Washington. Please let us know if there is an opportunity for us to collaborate in the near future. We work on new building and home construction, additions, renovations, and custom carpentry projects. We're proud to construct the apartments, homes, offices, restaurants, and more that serve our community.

Walls layout:

Our construction process involves utilizing advanced surveying instruments known as total stations. These instruments use electronic distance measurement (EDM) technology to measure distances and angles with remarkable accuracy and precision. To begin the process, the General Contractor provides the grid coordinates inside the building. The FramingMASTER software then exports these coordinates to the total station, which lays out every corner with precision, ensuring that every wall is properly placed according to the design. The use of total stations has allowed us to optimize and improve the efficiency of our construction process while simultaneously increasing the accuracy and quality of our work.

Walls Design:

The utilization of computerized design to pre-cut, label, ready to assemble framing packages bundled with easy-to-follow installation instructions, allowing our framers to focus on the assembly instead of measuring and cutting reducing the amount of time spent up to 30% compared to regular stick framing.

Also reduces the need for on-site cutting and power tools, significantly decreasing the risk of job-site accidents and workman’s comp claims. Smart packs make for a cleaner and more organized jobsite allowing for a professional appearance and less tripping hazards.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the future.
