And, each precast staircase is engineered to be totally adjustable. The angle of the landing can adjust to the angle of any flight of stairs. In addition, the form can be positioned to allow for any combination of rise quantity and riser height. And, our stairs can be as long as 22 risers, risers can range from 6-1/4” to 7” and our landings as long as eight feet and as deep as five feet to accommodate most any building situation. Embeds can be cast in to the flight of stairs or shipped separately depending upon the design.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, polymer and glass fibers. This unique mixture obtains its strength from chopped fiberglass strands that allows the product to be manufactured with thin walls because coverage of antiquated reinforcing bars is no longer required. Because the product has thin walls, far less concrete is required than if the same profile had to be cast solid. Less concrete results in less weight allowing for a more efficient and cost-effective installation.

Premier Stoneworks has both pre-mix and concentric GFRC stations allowing maximum flexibility for manufacturing the most complex and challenging architectural concrete shapes.  Premier Stoneworks produces non-panelized GFRC architectural elements which means that we produce shapes that do not require the addition of metal framing for structural stability and attachment to the structure. Most architectural shapes are non-panelized and produced in-house by our Architectural Precast Association (APA) certified GFRC production crew.
