Gary Arkin, owner and president of Premier Stoneworks, is actively engaged in the company’s day-to-day operation and is readily accessible to his management team, the craftspeople and fabricators in manufacturing, the Project Supervisors in the field and, most importantly, you, our customer! This hands-on approach encourages innovation and gives rise to many of the processes and quality control measures that have resulted in the company’s reputation for excellence.

Previous roles include experience in both commercial and residential construction including 15 years as Vice President at GL Homes of Florida

Mr. Arkin holds an economics degree from the University of Texas (1983), a law degree from the University of Michigan (1986) and a construction management degree from Purdue University (1990)

He is both a licensed attorney and general contractor in the State of Florida

Joined Premier Stoneworks in 2011 becoming Chief Estimator in 2015

Previously worked for Rob Branson Inc. as an estimator / project manager where he was responsible for managing all the aspects of a project including field measurements, shop tickets, approvals and scheduling.

Brian’s diverse knowledge of the cast stone industry and experience with managing complex projects combined with his construction materials testing background makes him a great asset to Premier Stoneworks as Chief Estimator.

Daniel brings modern techniques and processes based on his  Bachelor of Science degree in Concrete Industry Management from Texas State University.

As Director of Precast Robin’s responsibilities will be to build an Architectural Precast Division to an established and award winning Cast Stone Company. Building a modern and efficient facility to offer our customers more product lines and versatility.

PCI Level III Since its inception in 1995. Have been involved in the industry for close to 35 years supplying products to the Precast/Prestress Industry for Highway, Industrial, Commercial and Residential.

Awards from the Precast industry include:

2018 Sidney Freidman award for best Architectural project in the country Village at USC. This award was based on quality and workmanship.

1996 Produced Design Award Winner Best Bridge with spans less than 65 feet. Menahuant Road Bridge Over Green Pond.

1996 Produced Design Award Honorable Mention for Miscellaneous Structure. Floating Wave Attenuator Worlds Fair Marina New York, New York

As a Director of Sales, Gosia is responsible for driving and achieving company’s overall yearly sales goals and sales initiatives. She oversees Premier’s estimating department, business development and marketing. Her role is to define and develop strategies for continuous improvement, growth, and effective management of sales, training and internal development.

Prior to Premier Stoneworks, Gosia was a Marketing Director and Business Developer for Hollywood Woodwork. Coming from a high end Architectural Millwork industry and dealing with high profile clients, she understands the need for attention to details, superior customer service, and people’s skills.

Experienced in B2B marketing, customer relations, sales team management, interior design, business development, leadership training and development.

Grew up in Warsaw, Poland and is trilingual in Polish, Spanish and English language

Graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

In construction accounting since 1998; joined Premier Stoneworks in 2016

Accomplished financial management professional with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing all general accounting and human resources functions including cost and financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, evaluating internal controls, employee recruitment, risk management, benefit administration and efficiency improvements

18 years of experience in Controllership roles in the construction & manufacturing industries

Graduate of Florida Atlantic University

In an effort to keep Premier Stoneworks at the top of the custom concrete industry, Johnny is tasked with streamlining manufacturing techniques, keeping abreast of new technology in the concrete and concrete mold making fields as well as maintaining our place in the digital marketing space.
