Our Story
DS Architecture LLC was founded in 2006 in Palm Beach, Florida. Initially, the primary focus was the Architectural market. In 2012, DS Architecture adopted BIM Technology into its practice and began to branch out into the BIM consulting sector throughout Florida as well as the northern eastern seaboard. As a result, the division of BIM Consulting was formed, DS-BIM.
DS-BIM steadily grew and performed work in all 5 trades of Construction. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and Structural. Consulting on large profile projects such as Marlins Baseball Stadium and the Miami Science Museum.
In 2015, DS-BIM was awarded the preliminary electrical BIM scope of work for Empire Outlets, a premier outlet destination in New York City, developed by BFC Partners.
DS-BIM is proud to be a member of the American Institute of Architects, New York BIM user group of NYC, New York City Revit Group, and the Palm Beach Preservation Foundation. With business roots for over 10 years, we look forward to many more years of service and dedication to our clients and community through new and innovative methods and technologies within the BIM Arena.
