Scope Of Work
Lombard partnered with CubeSmart to perform a new re-image of the eight buildings located on the property. The scope involved: painting the full exterior including the roll-up doors, repairing broken cmu, repairing the lintel(s), landscaping, painting the front entry gate. The regional and general manager were both very please with the quality of the project and how the Lombard crew interacted with CubeSmart staff and customers. The project was completed on time and within budget, which is standard practice at Lombard.
