Masters Millwork

Andy oversees all aspects of the Masters Millwork operation, including leading the various teams, directing and leading sales and estimating, and problem solving on behalf of clients. Andy is proud of the progress that Masters Millwork has made and enjoys being the face of the company on behalf of its employees. Andy takes an active role from the very beginning of the process, meeting with clients early on in order to help understand their specific needs, and direct their projects through the process.

Eric, as Project Estimator, is responsible for project takeoffs and the management of estimates, including the accuracy of the estimating process.

Steve serves as both the senior estimator and the purchasing manager, overseeing the estimating team as well as generating quotes himself for the clients. Steve manages all of the purchasing, including negotiating and placing orders with vendor partners.

Rich is the Production Manager for Masters Millwork, overseeing the entire fabrication process in the shop - from ensuring products are available, to maintaining project schedules and verifying the accuracy of fabrication.

Scott takes pride in his role as Project Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the installation of customer projects in the field, and serves as the customer's main point of contact. Scott's role includes the submission of shop drawings, the management of field measurement, the verification of fabrication specifications and the timely and proper installation of the project.

As a Senior Project Manager, Seth oversees Masters Millwork's project managers, as well as the field operations staff. Seth handles the scheduling for our experienced team of field technicians as well and takes pride in ensuring the accuracy and timely fabrication and installation of all of the client's projects.

Lee is the Financial Manager for Masters Millwork, overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, billing and invoicing.
