Our Story
Terra Rubra Construction is a family owned excavation contractor serving Maryland and Pennsylvania along the mason dixon line. Performing both for commercial and residential customers we are growing and becoming a reliable source for a array of excavation, grading, utility, septic, and site work needs.
We were started by Dustin Ebaugh in 2015. While working full time in the construction industry as a project manager we began performing storm water control for local farmers. This led to small site projects and eventually evolved into a full time obligation and full time service of a few large local builders. As we continue to go and expand our relationships were looking to meet you and make your next project a sucessful and painless experience.
