Jacq A. Duncan has been in the engineering and construction industry for over 20 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ms. Duncan performed engineering design and construction services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for 22.5 years to establish & maintain air traffic facilities in the National Air Space (NAS) throughout the United States.
?Ms. Duncan served as a Commissioner on the City of Fort Worth Plan Commission (2004-2010), as a Member of the Transportation Impact & Capital Improvement Board. She has served on the Executive Board for the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce (FWMBCC), on the Marketing Team for the Fort Worth Convention & Visitor's Bureau (CVB), as a representative with US Congressman Michael Burgess' Southeast Fort Worth Economic Development Summit, as a Presidential Advisory Board Member for SkyDrill Power Systems, and as a US Congressional Lobbyist and Region X Committee Co-Chair for the National Air Traffic Controller's Association (NATCA).
?Ms. Duncan is highly skilled in business networking, engineering design and specification, plan review, project management, and estimating. She is experienced in negotiations, platting and land development policies, public and private partnerships, sales, and value engineering. Ms. Duncan specializes in mixed-use, commercial and industrial real estate developments.
