Yusniel was the kid everyone knew back in High School for always having a solution to everyone's house needs. He quickly built quite a reputation as the handy-boy anyone could depend on. He has been working in the construction industry since 2006.  From humble beginnings and with hard work and perseverance he was promoted to a Project Manager's position at the age of 21 at Franklin Contractor's a well respected construction company in South Florida. There he was responsible for overseeing projects involving the new/remodeling building of restaurants, gyms, and small retail stores. After years in the trade, he decided to open his own company and become a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor. He is known for his consistency, reliability and transparency. 

During his time off, he enjoys traveling with his wife and beautiful twins. As he likes to call it "Creating Memories". 

Elias comes to our team with over 5 years of experience in the construction world. He came from Cuba when he was 6 months old with his parents and his big brother, in pursue of a better life. Elias understands what it means to start from the beginning and how much work it takes, which is especially important in construction. He has been a great asset to the company since 2019 bringing his knowhow and expertise to our company. He is known for his dedication, charismatic personality and professionalism. Elias is the head of the estimating department and the logistics of in-progress work. 

When outside of work Elias enjoys spending time traveling and discovering new places. 

Andrea is our newest addition to the company. She is in charge of maintaining control of all project documentations, manages and tracks RFI's. Maintains and updates all project records. Assists Project Manager/Superintendent in all field and office operations.  Andrea is highly motivated and she is always willing to learn and give the best of herself.

During her time off she enjoys Kayaking, exploring new restaurants and most importantly time with her family.

Dan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from commercial new construction and interior build outs. 

He's been with us since 2022, Dan coordinates and manages all on-site activities, as well as work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foreman, and Field Personnel and other office departments, to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality. 

Dan, during his time off enjoys golfing. 

Juan has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from residential interior renovations to commercial interior build outs. Juan is well known on his field for his people's skills, and that is why he is always out there making sure everyone is taken care of. 

He's been with us since 2018, Juan coordinates and manages all on-site activities, as well as work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foreman, and Field Personnel and other office departments, to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality. 

Juan during his time off enjoys as he likes to call it "Relaxation Time" which involves farming.
