Founder of Magnificent Cleaning Inc, Derrick Spruill incorporated the company in 2018 with the intent to serve others with experience in delivering a healthy and sanitary environment. Derrick has worked in management for over 25 years overseeing the operations of large corporations. Some of the companies included Food Lion Inc., Pepsi Bottling Ventures, CVS Health, Safeway Inc., and Farm Fresh Inc. His skills include training, management, budgeting, planning, and overseeing operations with strict guidelines to protecting the image and brand of the companies. His focus in brand protection has always been paramount in his leadership style. A graduate of Walden University of Minneapolis, Minnesota with an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Derrick is well verse in delivering excellence in his work and empowering a team of leaders who are determined to be the best at superior service for the customers. As a certified pharmacy technician for the state of Virginia and a public official as a notary of the state, integrity and code of ethics are by products of his focus to excellence.
