A well-conducted commercial energy audit will establish the most efficient means of decreasing energy consumption in your building. It is a thorough assessment of all building systems, how they operate independently and how they interact with each other. How, when, and where energy is used as well as an analysis of current electric costs will be used to determine potential energy-saving modifications.

We have the ability to oversee the entirety of construction from start to finish.  Our services include managing all phases of construction ranging from permitting to build-out, including plumbing and electrical. We will lead the team of construction workers and trade professionals while providing pertinent communication to the architect any other vendors i.e interior designers and landscape architects, continuously throughout the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Before the project begins, our construction manager will visit the site and make professional recommendations and plans for the scope of work. Next, we will submit a cost estimate (or bid) to the project owner.  Then, we will break the overall cost down even further to determine the cost of materials, labor and the necessary equipment needed for the project.

Finally, we will draw up contracts which account for the work of everyone involved. It’s our goal to ensure the estimate our estimates align with the goal of the project owner and the specifications provided by the architect and engineers.

MATERIALS

We will work with the vendors who supply the materials needed for the job to find the best price.

We recommend companies we know and trust. All materials, prices, and processes will be thoroughly vetted before subcontractor options are offered to the project owner.
