Bill Cummings's Bio
William “Bill” Cummings, Jr. is a Merced-based real estate developer and broker as well as a commercial contractor. He is the visionary for the company, involved in the day to day functions of Legacy Construction.
Bill moved from Washington, D.C. to Fresno, California in 2006 and created Legacy Construction. He is a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #01504861) and holds an active California General B Contractor’s License (CSLB #891883).
In addition to Legacy Construction, Bill co-owns Legacy Realty and Development (LRD), First Resource Consulting (FRC) and Convergent Healthcare Group (CHG).
Jamie Reedy's Bio
James "Jamie" Reedy oversees all financial functions for Legacy Construction, including risk management, contract activities, and lender relationships. Jamie is involved in the strategic direction of the company, developing growth partnerships and expansion opportunities.
In addition to his role with Legacy, Jamie is also a developer and general contractor with multiple companies in the real estate arena - centered in both the Central Valley of California and in Nashville, Tennessee, where he resides with his wife and three children. Jamie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
