Scope Of Work
S & M Moving is a lively shipping warehouse in Sherwood. Its footprint is larger than a football field. The owner performed routine maintenance on his building, but severe gutter leaks caused water staining in multiple places. We did some minor texture repairs, primed rusted metal pipes and railing before painting. We also did a concrete repair. The challenge was coordinating our painting to not interfere with the trucks access to the building. When the out of town owner saw the building his comment was "it looks amazing!"
