Tim is the Founder of The Coastal Companies and is currently the CEO. Tim began his career as a Landscape Architect and merged his passion for landscape and construction into the company that coastal is today. Tim is responsible for the day to day sales, operations and management of the company.

Andrew began his career in the construction industry working his way up the ladder learning the trades as he went. Andrew has an excellent knowledge of construction and how to execute projects from the ground up. Andrew joined us in 2013 as a carpenter and quickly excelled in his position, he was promoted to GM in 2018. Andrew is responsible for overseeing all employees, subcontractors and current projects.

Matt joined our firm in 2020 after having successfully run his own landscape business for over 25 years. Matt is growing our landscape and pool division and has an exceptional work ethic and drive. Matt’s prior background brings a wealth of experience to our firm. Matt and his wife enjoy taking their pup for walks on the beaches of Cape Cod and enjoying what the Cape has to offer.

Vince joined our firm in 2019 after owning his own custom-building division for over 30 years. Vince is experienced in high-end custom building and commercial construction. Vince has an exceptional ability to work with clients as they design and build their dream homes. When Vince is not working, you can find him enjoying the ever-changing water views in Yarmouth.

Andrew joined us in 2020, prior to that he owned his own business for 10 years. Andrew is an experienced interior finish carpenter and cabinet builder. He works on our interior finishes and communicates with the clients as they see their projects come to completion. Andrew is outgoing and brings a smile to work each day taking pride in our client’s projects as if they were his own.

Chris joined our firm in 2015 and has been working on the framing crew before transitioning to interior carpentry. Chris works closely under our master carpenter learning from Kurt’s 40 plus years of experience. Chris always has a smile and welcoming face when you see him on the jobsite.

Eric joined our firm in 2015 coming from a background in roofing and siding. Over the years Eric has grown with the firm and now is responsible for our new frames, windows, doors, trim, roofing and siding. Eric brings with him each day an excitement and willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Kurt joined us in 2014 and has brought to us his 40 years of expert carpentry knowledge and skills. Kurt works in the field overseeing all  trim installations, cabinetry and built ins. If you cannot find Kurt on one of our projects, you can find him in the shop taking a clients dream and making it into reality.

Nick joined us in 2020 coming from a framing contractor. Nicks experience in framing makes him a perfect fit with Eric to work on all our new builds. Nick is young and energetic with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. He has a passion for carpentry and working on difficult or unique projects is where he excels.

Patty joined our firm after working in the restaurant industry for over 19 years. The restaurant industry is customer focused and demanding, this provided Patty with the patience and customer service skills needed in this industry. Being in our front office, Patty is the first person our clients talk to when they come to our firm. Her positive attitude and friendly smile makes for a fun office environment.

Tish joined us in 2012 coming from a 20-year background in the banking industry. Tish is responsible for all of the accounts payable and receivable as well as our human resource department.
