We specialize in both residential and commercial projects. With over 20 years of experience, we can get your job done right, within budget, and on time.

RESIDENTIAL

Custom home builds can be expensive and complicated. Our customer management application allows you to make and change decisions as the home is built. This allows you to transfer your budget from one part of the project to another. Our custom home experience was built in the foothills of Camelback Mountains in Phoenix, AZ, including Arcadia and Paradise valley.

COMMERCIAL

Golden Rule Construction specializes in new commercial construction and remodels, with over 20 years of commercial construction knowledge that goes into each project. Our portfolio of completed projects include restaurants with custom design range hood and custom kitchen, hotel builds and remodels, apartment complex and fire damage remodel, custom home builds, KOA campgrounds build with 150 site connections, walking bridges, HVAC / chillers / geothermal units, Hospitals and so many more.

REPAIRS/HANDYMAN WORK

Regular maintenance is important to ensure the longevity of your home or business. We can set a regular maintenance schedule or we can be on call with an approved account for 24 hour emergency service. Dispatch handyman services also available.
