Since its establishment in 1994, Automation & Control Services, Inc. has focused on providing industrial control system integration services for a variety of manufacturing and service industries throughout North America. We support many diverse industries including automotive assembly, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, packaging, material handling, electrical generation, wastewater processing, healthcare, and a variety of wireless telemetry monitoring and control systems. Our customers vary in size from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. We have maintained a leadership role in industrial automation, control system integration, and robotics integration by investing heavily in hardware and software for use as in-house training platforms, system development tools, and demonstration units.

We are Yaskawa Robotics, FANUC, and Codian robotics factory certified integrators and maintain a close working relationship with Rockwell Automation as a Rockwell Certified System Integrator.  We specialize in Allen-Bradley’s line of Automation and Industrial Control components. We also have hands-on experience with all major brands of industrial automation equipment and SCADA software including FANUC, Siemens, Modicon, GE, Omron, Toshiba, Wonderware & Intellution.

Automation & Control Services, Inc. offers complete turnkey automation solutions utilizing our in-house resources and our network of mechanical and electrical contractors. We have the ability to provide complete project management services, customized operator training, on-site startup support, and a variety of other project related services for all types of systems.

We have a UL Listed Panel Shop onsite specializing in all industrial panels designations from standard UL508A, UL698A (Intrinsic Safety Barriers), to UL913 & UL1203 Classified Environment “Explosion Proof” standards. We have designed and built single purpose, continuous production machines, food processing equipment, liquid processing skids, and in plant system to highly flexible robotic cells and tooling for a variety of industries from food processing through steel manufacturing and pharmaceutical process controls. We have been a Cognex Certified System Integrator for over 15 years and have a great amount of experience with a many different machine vision and barcode reading applications.

Our in-house fabrication and CNC machine shop is capable of quickly prototyping our designs on our two Stratasys 3D printers and machining them out of a variety of materials from Engineered thermoplastics to Titanium. We have extensive experience working as the lead engineers but also as part of a development team. If project requirements dictate that we focus on only a specific portion or sub-system of the overall project work, our Engineering Team has demonstrated the ability to seamlessly integrate its work by utilizing both engineering and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth system installations.
