Since 1994, Kevin B. Faga, Esq. has represented clients in both litigated and transactional matters, involving residential and commercial real estate, general business, commercial litigation, personal injury, family law and criminal defense, including RICO actions and assorted felonies, misdemeanors and administrative violations. Mr. Faga regularly practices in Federal, State and local courts, as well as administrative tribunals, and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. A lifelong resident of Westchester County, he graduated from Iona Grammar School and Iona Preparatory School, before attending New York University Stern School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, in the dual majors of Finance and International Business. In 1993, he graduated from Pace University School of Law, with a Juris Doctor.
A community minded father of two, Mr. Faga serves on the Board of Directors of two 501(c)(3) charitable organizations; Happy Tales Animal Sanctuary and Release Assistance For Convicted Individuals. Additionally, since 2006, he has served as Legal Advisor to Hispanics Across America, The New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers, The Bodega Association of the United States and The Upper Manhattan Restaurant and Lounge Association.

Joseph Hladki, Jr., Esq. is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars. A lifelong resident of the Bronx, New York, Joseph earned his Bachelor Degree from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, where he was President of his fraternity, Treasurer of the United Greek Counsel, and an active participant in local charities. After graduating from Pace, Mr. Hladki spent a year working as a legal assistant at the law office of Hoffman, Wachtell and Rao, in White Plains, New York, where he gained experience dealing with clients, attorneys and specialists in the field of Workers Compensation Law.
Following the year he spent as a legal assistant, Mr. Hladki attended New England School of Law in Boston Massachusetts. After his first year, Mr. Hladki was in the top 25% of his class. He transferred to Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2014. While at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Hladki became the Vice President of Sports and Entertainment Society. Moreover, Mr. Hladki participated in the Southern District of New York Mediation Practicum where he was a student advocate. Mr. Hladki’s time as a student advocate allowed him to gain valuable experience in the field of mediation and negotiation, zealously advocating for his client and obtaining a five figure settlement. Also, while attending Seton Hall Law, Mr. Hladki clerked for the law of office of Cifelli & Davie Esqs., in Harrison, New Jersey. This clerkship allowed Mr. Hladki to develop his writing skills, drafting numerous motions submitted in the Federal District Court for the State of New Jersey, focusing on Section 1983 claims and other civil rights matters.
After graduating from Seton Hall Law, Mr. Hladki worked as an associate at the law office of Matthew T. Worner, where he developed his skills as an attorney. Mr. Hladki worked on several significant construction cases, giving him the experience needed in dealing with the Courts, client relations. After being admitted to the Bars in the States of New York and New Jersey, Mr. Hladki became of counsel to Kevin B. Faga, Esq., P.C. Since his time in the firm, Mr. Hladki has worked on many cases in different areas of the law. Mr. Hladki has vigorously been working for many clients and has gained experience and knowledge in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law.
