Our construction team takes the principles from the green building practices our consultants advise on, and uses them on the buildings we construct and renovate. Each of our buildings gets top-notch safety upgrades, low-flow water fixtures, high-efficiency heating, cooling, and domestic hot water equipment, new windows, and air sealing so that moisture, pests, and energy are not exchanged between apartments
