Michel Lautensack oversees all aspects of Del Val where he combines his business, financial and marketing skills to help deliver superior results and grow the company. Mike is a licensed real estate agent and principal broker. He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds the prestigious Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to starting Del Val, Mike worked in the corporate world serving as a turnaround consultant and financial manager in the healthcare industry.

Our Client Services Manager, Maryann Brennan takes great pride in being able to help our rental owner questions and concerns in a timely manner. She also works very hard to give everyone a personalized experience with Del Val.?This allows our owners to have the peace of mind that one of their largest assets, their rental property is being handled by a professional team!

Alin Bilc is our Business Development Director where he works with property owners that are thinking about having Del Val manage their investment properties. Alin also helps with training our new leasing agents. Alin has over 8 years of residential leasing & property management experience and has worked in every aspect of the residential property management business. He will become a real estate broker in the next few months. As contribution to the community,?he also is a passionate volleyball player and a Coach. He is raising his family in Delaware county where he has lived for the past 20 years.
