Del Val Maintenance, LLC is a Philadelphia based general contractor who specializes in investment rental properties including single family homes to small apartment buildings.  With over 15 years’ experience, Del Val Maintenance has completed 1000’s of repairs to rental properties including plumbing, electrical, apartment turnover, landscaping and all the others repairs to keep an apartment in top shape and rent flowing.  Del Val Maintenance also has significant experience in doing complete rehabs of shell properties and turning them into cash generating investments.  We understand investments properties and how to make sure the repairs are getting done at a high quality but at the same minimizing costs to our clients.  We also send surveys to every tenant after we have competed a repair to get feedback on our performance.
