Scope Of Work
The project consisted of engineering, procurement of right-of-way and construction of 142,000 LF of 20” reclaimed water pipeline; pump station, and receiving vault. This project had a time constraint of 8 months, of which 4 months was spent on administrative and right-of-way procurement. This left us only 4 months to construct the waterline. After a great effort by all parties involved, the project was delivered on schedule and within budget. The project serves as an example of all that the design-build concept can be mutually beneficial to all parties. Considering time and budget constraints, the successful completion of this project is an amazing accomplishment.
