Having spent over forty years in the design, build, and construction
trades, I've seen many changes in the industry.
Eight years ago, I noticed there were some severe voids in the ADA
means and methods process. For example, on a typical construction
project, ADA requirements represent about two percent of the overall
project but demand twenty percent of the supervision to complete the
work as designed. Which, in the end, may not be CASp certified.
My mission was to create the premier single-source ADA design, and
build construction company. We are embarking on our fifth decade of
continuing to utilize the best practices in design, value engineering,
and stress-free client experience.
