Scope Of Work
The project consisted of the construction of a new public works administration building that is scheduled to receive LEED Gold Certification. Scope of Work included, concrete, masonry walls, steel framing members, roof joists, standing seam metal roof, light gage metal framing, wood doors and hollow metal frames, metal studs and gypsum board walls, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, and communication / alarm / signal systems.
