We are General Contractors MBE and DBE certified union painters and carpenters. Our experience also includes management for developers as well as real estate development of our own. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured including workmen’s comp Insurance. Modern Living Construction has completed over 1,200 residential and commercial renovations in Chicago. Through the past 30yrs. Modern Living Construction has successfully completed $82 million of contract renovations.
