Hill’s Land and Construction was started by Jackie Hill in 1978 with the initial goal of creating great neighborhoods with superior-quality homes. He believed there were enough people willing to make an extra investment for a superior home in a great neighborhood while being treated with respect, rather than settle for a cheap home and shabby treatment.
