Eric is the youngest of the owners and brings a fun and energetic new insight into an established family-owned company.  Eric oversees the day to day business operations and coordinates the selection process with all of our buyers, ensuring that at every stage the builders are directly involved in the process of building your new home.

Rudy heads up the site development work and is always looking for exciting new projects for Crosstown.  He scours the area looking for available parcels of land to turn into the newest Crosstown projects, and oversees the development and approval process.  He also takes special pride in insuring that the entryways and site development individually reflect the pride that the company feels in introducing new communities built by Crosstown.

Amy is your best contact during construction and after you close. Her friendly personality will put you at ease while you watch your dream home become a reality. Her knowledge of the selection process will ensure that not even the smallest detail will be missed and she will be able to find the answers to all of your questions, both during the building process and after closing.

Stacey partners with Crosstown in handling all of their real estate sales -  specifically in patio homes, townhomes, single family homes and in building a home on your own property?

Her commitment and enthusiasm for her clients, both first-time and life-long, has enabled her to be consistently recognized as a top-producer and a top sales associate in the local market place. Stacey has worked with buyers and sellers as a relocation specialist, and as concierge to the local area (she brings a background in the hotel industry to serve her clients). Stacey strongly believes that the home is an extension of the person as an individual, therefore she makes it a point to get to know her clients wishes, needs, personalities, and lifestyles so that she may find them the house -  or a floor plan - that both fits and suits them perfectly. As a native of New Orleans she has made Rochester her hometown for over 20 years.

Elaine is the controller who oversees the financial and accounting processes for the company.  She also coordinates the legal aspect with our Counsel to insure an on-time close.  Elaine makes her home with her family in Penfield and is a native Rochesterian.
