Gerard Construction was started in 2002 by Bryan native, Michael Gerard Patranella (A&M '77). With over 24 years of banking experience, Michael offers the unique ability to understand both sides of the home building/home buying equation. Gerard Construction was founded on providing a quality product with excellent customer service. Specializing in quality custom homes, design/build, remodels, and commercial construction "we not only build structures, we build relationships". When we contract to build a custom home, we have regular interaction with our clients. We truly believe our best source of business is our satisfied clientele.
