The owner of Florida Pipeline Company  is a licensed professional civil engineer and a state licensed underground utility and excavation contractor.  Florida professional engineers license # PE 45901 and State underground license # CUC  1225094. Florida Pipeline Company is a  fully licensed, insured and bonded company.
