In 1983, we entered the hotel industry, not as hoteliers, but as business professionals pioneering a new hotel concept that targeted extended-stay travelers. We quickly made that hotel a financial and operational success, positioning ourselves to be one of the first franchisees of a brand that later became Residence Inn by Marriott.

Through the years our reputation has earned us the privilege of working from coast to coast and internationally with high profile hotel companies such as Marriott and Hilton , Hyatt and IHG. Numerous awards for exceptional quality and overall guest satisfaction line our halls: Owner / Developer of the Year, Opening Hotel of the Year, General Manager of the Year, Sales Team of the Year as numerous individual achievement awards and more.
