Scope Of Work

This was a great opportunity to come into the new year with! Each Thursday of the week between the dates below, we were assigned a Walgreens to clean. The major challenges to this project was that every service provider was there at the same time trying to get work done before midnight! Stock, management, computer techs, and more were there. All in all, we used our team tackle system to get the job done and was able to manage providing the service in a fraction of the time.  A couple of the managers were thanking us- especially for cleaning the restrooms and break rooms. We even tidied up the management offices for them at no extra charge, 

SCOPE OF WORK: Walgreens Cleaning Cleaning Five (5) Stores Between January 31st, 2019 through March 7th, 2019
• All window sills need to be dusted for cobwebs and wiped clean
• Using a duster extension, remove loose dust and cobwebs from ceiling vents, light
fixtures (no ladder needed)
• Wipe down all legacy cabinets (photo cabinets/countertops/register stands, etc.) - This
refers to all the sales countertops, the customer facing sides of the counters in the
general sales areas, photo area, cosmetics and pharmacy, etc.
• Janitorial cleaning of the restrooms (wipe sink, clean mirror(s), door knobs, toilet,
sweep and mop the floor) - MUST BE DONE LAST
• Clean drinking fountain/water cooler
• Clean pharmacy glass
• Clean legacy countertops and faces
• Clean front door glass including all front vestibule glass at door level
• Wipe down all walls up to arms reach
• Dry mop floor on sales floor, behind registers, photo area and stockroom
• Spot Wet mop in discolored, stained or key construction areas
• Vacuum any/all carpet on sales floor, behind registers, photo area and stockroom
• Clean mirrors in all areas (in doors for office, restroom, clinic areas, etc)
• Wipe down all furniture in RX waiting area
• Clean all door knobs
Additional Notes: - We must adhere to their schedule – all work is to be done per
attached document on the Thursday listed between the hours of 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
local time.
