Scope Of Work

We provided a final clean service- post construction. Another cleaning crew was hired declined the job last minute-- giving a team of 3 workers to clean 13 rooms in 1 and a half days- while the other specialty trade companies were working to complete their final touches before the BIG inspection to open the floor back up to the public.. Did we accomplish it-- well, yeah! Another tag team effort, all done by assigning tasks to each person based on their cleaning specialty. Our job scope included:

Final Clean:

• Polish tops, sides and front of all appliances.
• Polish outside of cabinets.
• Sweep all balconies, patios, exterior storage rooms, breezeways, corridors, etc.
• Clean all railings and stairs.
• Wipe all millwork (base, window stalls, casing, chair rail, etc.)
• Wipe all shelving.
• Bathroom accessories:
• Clean and polish all mirrors.
• Clean and polish all toilet paper holders, towel holders, tissue holders, shower rods, etc.
• Clean and polish medicine cabinet inside and out.
• Clean and polish tub and shower surround.
• Clean and polish counter and vanity tops, cabinets and vanities inside
• and out.
• Clean and polish all ceramic tile and accessories.
• Wipe and clean all dirt from painted walls and ceilings.

Floor coverings:

• Clean and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpet, remove dirt and minor spots.
• Clean and make ready all appliances for operation.

Plumbing:

• Clean and polish all plumbing fixtures, sinks and faucets.
• Clean inside of garbage disposal.
• Remove water spots and polish kitchen sinks.
• Clean all under cabinet and toilet plumbing and valves.
• Clean and wipe out washing machine box.
• Clean and vacuum HVAC equipment closet and grills.

Electrical:

• Clean and polish all receptacle plates and devices.
• Clean and polish light fixtures and bulbs
• Clean outside of electrical panels.
• Clean and polish ceiling fans.
• Install screen in all windows.

Fluff Clean:

• Touch-up cleaning at units after punch-out work has been completed.
• Floors swept and mopped.
• Vacuuming.
• Remove tags from mini-blinds.
• Window cleaning includes interior windows along with panes

After completion of this project, we would go on to work on two Best Western facilities.
