Scope Of Work
JCS Construction Group was hired to manage the construction of the Cutting Edge Facility for Cornell University Veterinary Specialists in Stamford CT’s Harbor Point Redevelopment Project. This hospital employs 40 veterinarians and staff providing specialty and emergency critical care services to patients referred by their local veterinarians. The facility will enable Cornell to further develop its continuing education programming and will include overnight rooms for rotating students and residents as well as a tiered auditorium. Construction started on July 15th, 2010 and the hospital and was winter of 2011. JCS oversaw the transformation of this former warehouse building into a 22,000 square foot, bi-level, state of the art facility for veterinary medicine.
