The mission of The Burkridge Builders Corporation is to be the premier provider of construction services in the Southwest Florida area.  The company will continue to carve out its share of the market by providing  custom quality projects at prices approaching that of production General Contractors.  The company’s goal is to grow into the upper price ranges of the housing and commercial arena with a focus on new  commercial construction, tenet build-outs and special projects in the speculative homes market.  

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Burkridge Builders Corporation began in the New England area in 1976 then relocated to Southwest Florida in 1990. Since then, Burkridge Builders has continued to provide clients with general contracting and construction management services, residential and commercial remodeling, and custom architectural design. The company’s depth of experience spans a variety of building types including commercial, residential, multi-family, renovation, and marine construction. The Burkridge Builders Corporation strives to be a premier provider of construction services while forming strong relationships with its clients through the honor, integrity, and trust in which the company conducts its business.

While other builders' partners may specialize in finance or marketing, the license holder for Burkridge Builders, Paul Burcky has his Class A General Contractor's License and his degree in architectural design. Mr. Burcky has direct supervision over all projects, including yours.

Timely completion of your project is of the up most importance to us. There is no good reason for continued delays in construction, and it certainly does not enhance the quality of your home or business.

“Can Do". We have the knowledge, experience, and ability to build your project to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. If none of our floor plans suit your needs, we will work with you until we customize a floor plan that does.

Intergrity

If you believe that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, you will understand our business philosophy. Honest and ethical business practices are the foundation of the way we conduct our business. This foundation for your project is much stronger than just the compressed dirt and poured concrete. Because of this, we do not believe a big advertising budget is necessary when you have satisfied customers.
