Harbor Contracting

Aaron Horn is also a decorated Army combat veteran who joined Harbor in 2022. Aaron is responsible for sales, marketing, and back office functions at Harbor, while assisting Robbie with strategic decisions.

Prior to joining Harbor, Aaron worked as an executive in the oil and gas industry, specializing in the rapid growth of technology-based startups and turnarounds. He graduated with an engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master's in conflict management from Southern Methodist University. Aaron has three children and lives in Frisco, TX.

Robbie Cathey is a decorated Army combat veteran and founder of Harbor General Contracting in 2018. Robbie has bootstrapped Harbor to a multi-million dollar general contracting enterprise through the same grit and determination that has marked his career. Robbie leads Harbor's operations and provides strategic direction for the team.

Prior to starting Harbor, Robbie worked as an executive in environmental services and manufacturing. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Robbie lives in McKinney, TX, with his wife and four kids.
