Harbor Contracting

Harbor is using Blue Book to bid as a subcontractor on jobs we can do with internal resources: framing, sheetrock, painting, and related carpentry tasks such as trim, millwork, door installation, saw-cutting, and any necessary pre-job demo. Harbor is a veteran-owned, locally operated business in McKinney, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Our vision is to become a trusted, reputable boutique construction contracting business known for disarming honesty and excellent workmanship.

Harbor's managing partners are Robbie Cathey and Aaron Horn. Robbie and Aaron met at West Point, served in combat together in Iraq, and have been great friends ever since. This is the second time the pair have run a business together, having grown a successful environmental services company in the oil and gas sector. They bring integrity, honesty, and excellence to their business relationships with customers and partners.
