Description and Delivery Method: TDCHA/Texas Cray Oaks The Orchard Estates was a new construction project consisting of 140 apartment units under the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The 10-acre housing development is consisting of 140 apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo and swimming pool. The gated community was newly constructed with underground utilities, parking and landscaping. The apartments were also handicap accessible in seven units for the visual and hearing impaired. Couric Enterprises, LLC also constructed a new access road leading to the development site.
