Billy Horton Builders, Inc was established in 1984. We have strived to build beautiful, quality built, and affordable new homes that our customers would be proud to call their own. Billy Horton Builders has been involved in building new homes all over East Texas including neighborhoods such Four Season, Copperfield Loop, Westfield Loop, and Westwood Bend sub-divisions and soon to be available Rustic Pines Subdivision on ‘south Highway 1194, Lufkin. Rustic Pines Subdivision will feature concrete streets with curb and gutter, have forty lots with forty new homes for sale. It will include Hudson water, Hudson sewer, telephone and internet, cable TV, natural gas, and electricity.
