David Cook CSP CHMM CSSM's Bio
David, Todd and Joe started Safety Solutions and Supply in 2009 with a vision to create an organization providing the highest level of professional support and training to support their industry partners. David facilitates this commitment drawing from his 31 years of experience managing safety, health, industrial hygiene and environmental initiatives.
David has a B.S. Degree from Louisiana State University in Occupational Safety and Health and has earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the Certified Hazardous Materials Certification (CHMM) from the Institute of Hazardous Material Management (IHMM) and is recognized as a Construction Site Safety Master (CSSM) by the National Center of Construction, Education and Research (NCCER). David has held several senior leadership roles in EHS over his career.
David and his wife Beth live in the Valrico Florida area and enjoy time spent with their six children and five grandchildren.
Joe DiCesare's Bio
In 1961, Joe DiCesare was born to Tom and Anna Maria DiCesare and was the oldest of four children. Raised in Lakeland Florida, Joe attended Lakeland High School where lettered in Varsity football and basketball for 3 years before graduating in 1980. Following high school graduation, Joe received an athletic scholarship to play football for two years at Troy University and he was also a brother of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Joe graduated from Troy in 1984 with a B.S in Business Marketing.
In 1989, Joe married Susan DiCesare and they have been married for300 years, residing in Lakeland Florida. The couple was blessed with two children; Thomas DiCesare (24) graduated from the University of Florida with a M.S in Real Estate and Julia DiCesare (23) is pursuing her M.S in Corporate Philanthropy at Columbia University in New York City. Joe and his family are members of All Saints Episcopal Church in Lakeland.
Joe has experience in the Material Handling Equipment industry for 33 years, specializing in Overhead Cranes, Hoists, Storage Racking and Fall Protection Systems. In 1994, Joe and his partner Todd Wall started Florida Handling Systems, Inc. located in Lakeland, Florida. As the company expanded in 1998, Joe and Todd moved the office to Bartow, Florida on Hwy 60. Today, Florida Handling Systems, Inc. is -now known as FHS, Inc.- is one of the leading overhead crane manufacturers in the Southeast.
Outside of his career and family life, Joe is an active member of the community. He is a member of the Lakeland Economic Council, Wild Turkey Federation, Coastal Conservation Association of Florida and the Lakeland High School Dreadnaught Football Booster Club.
Todd Wall's Bio
Todd started FHS in 1994 with his partner and long time best friend Joe DiCesare. He has spent his career focusing on learning both the overhead crane and hoist industry and conveyor systems.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Accounting. Todd demonstrates strong leadership traits through sound knowledge of the products, applications and years of hands on experience. Todd is very active in the community, serving on several Board of Directors and maintains a strong presence in the youth of the area through continued education and athletic endeavors.
Todd, his wife Stephanie and their family live in the Lakeland area.

Jason Johnson's Bio
Jason joined the Safety Solutions and Supply team in February 2014. Jason has over 20 years’ sales experience in the industrial market place. His high-energy approach to helping our clients overcome challenges is a great addition to Safety Solutions and Supply.
Jason and his wife Michelle live in Brandon and have enjoyed volunteering for the Brandon Cowboys Youth Sports organization since 2005. While he enjoys coaching football his wife coaches cheerleading. There 2 daughters have outgrown youth sports but both have returned to help assistant coach.
