Vita Bella Homes

Bella Homes began in 2005 under the leadership of builder Justin Skiles.  A military veteran and married father of four, Justin got his start in the construction world at an early age as a lego building expert and by both impressing and frustrating his parents with his penchant for taking things apart to see how they worked.  By age 16 he spent his summers working for a HVAC company and his school days taking computer drafting classes at Ozarks Technical College. 

Influenced by his grandfather, a cartoonist, and his mother, a muralist, Justin decided to combine his interests in design, business ownership, and construction. Justin studied architectural theory at Drury University, worked as a construction superintendent for a regional construction company, and has worked on almost every aspect of construction including framing, sheet rocking, tile laying, painting, electrical and HVAC, and design finishing. Vita Bella Homes, as the company was originally named,  was inspired by beautiful European design and quickly established a reputable name in the Ozarks for quality construction.

In 2018, Vita Bella Homes re-branded as Bella Homes to better signify it’s focus on the desire to represent the myriad of building styles today. Whether clients are interested in contemporary, farmhouse, traditional, mid-century modern, or more, Bella Homes can bring that style to their home.
