Scope Of Work
Provide mass notification for Roosevelt Hall (Building 61) and Roosevelt Hall Annex (Building 61A) in National Defense University. Roosevelt Hall (Building 61) houses National War College which has a floor area of approximately 118,000 square feet. The building was constructed approximately 100 years ago and is a National Historic Landmark. Uses contained in the building include a 3-story atrium, offices, classrooms, training rooms, conference rooms, library, and incidental use spaces such as mechanical equipment rooms and storages. The building features a rectangular footprint with major exposures facing the north and the south.
