Scope Of Work
Edifice was the Prime Contractor of a renovation of the South Courtyard Building 9800 for the Maryland Procurement Office. Project objectives were to provide an effective, efficient, comfortable, and completely functional environment, while phasing the project in a 24/7 secured government occupied facility and allowing ongoing use during the renovation. The project involved the replacement of 24,000 SF of structural slab with decorative concrete, expansion joints, a proprietary system, waterproofing, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, as well as architectural finishes. In addition, Edifice provided landscaping and tensile fabric structures for MPO.
