Perfect Touch Housekeeping

Perfect Touch Housekeeping, was established in 2005, as a residential cleaning company, providing superior service in Jacksonville, FL. Within six months of operation Perfect Touch Housekeeping, was petitioned to perform its first commercial cleaning project in St. Augustine, FL. A 300-unit apartment complex with Hardaway Construction, Nashville, TN, for their building of The Legends Apartments.

While in the midst of performing their superior cleaning services, owner Tony Hunt, realized that new construction was an added calling to the business. Within three months Perfect Touch Housekeeping, obtained two new contracts with Arlington Construction, Birmingham, AL, the first project was a 240-unit complex, Kendal Town, (Jacksonville, FL) and then followed by a 120-unit high-rise condominium development in Amelia Island, FL – Dunes Club. After successfully completing these projects, Arlington Construction went on to award Perfect Touch Housekeeping several new construction cleaning jobs

.In 2007 Perfect Touch Housekeeping formed new relationships with Landsouth Construction, Jacksonville, FL, to provide cleaning service for two new condo developments, Valencia and Vilas at Marsh Landing. After a few more projects with Landsouth the housing market took a drastic turn, and new construction orders had slowed to a halt.

During this time, Perfect Touch Housekeeping relied heavily on their residential cleanings, by working with several complexes and management companies to provide move-out and renovation cleanings. When the housing market returned Perfect Touch Housekeeping also made a comeback with new client FarverGray Construction, Jacksonville, FL, with its project Hacendia, a 300-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville, FL. Perfect Touch Housekeeping, also was awarded the contract for cleaning a 230-unit development, The Hawthorne, with longtime client Arlington Construction.

Later that year, Perfect Touch Housekeeping, secured the contract for cleaning of 5 Thousand Town a 300-unit complex with Bove Construction, Jacksonville, FL. During the completion of this project Perfect Touch Housekeeping gained another major commercial project with Roy Anderson Construction, Gulfport, MS with the construction of “Celebration Arena” a 275,000 sq ft church in Jacksonville, FL.

Over the years Perfect Touch Housekeeping has maintained great relationships with all the fore mentioned companies and now has expanded its operations to include, Orlando and Sanford Florida also Waco and Austin Texas, and several outlying cities in these areas. Perfect Touch Housekeeping has also expanded its services to include pressure washing and carpet cleaning.

In 2016 Perfect Touch Housekeeping, entered into the student housing market with FarverGray, with their project Haven South, and OSO Verde with Mclenco, both in Waco, Texas. During this time Perfect Touch Housekeeping, has also obtained cleaning contracts for several other projects throughout Texas with Mclenco – Hampton Hotel, Ozona, TX, an assisted living facility with SCI Construction, Tyler, TX, all this has been made possible by the hard work and dedication of the staff, and employees of Perfect Touch Housekeeping.
